Sol LeWitt Wall Drawings Catalogue Raisonné Editor Lindsay Aveilhé and Director of Research Christopher Vacchio will participate in "A Discussion on Sol LeWitt — Book as System" on June 29, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Printed Matter, Inc. They will be joined by Erica DiBenedetto and Jason Rulnick. The conversation, which coincides with the exhibition Book as System: The Artists’ Books of Sol LeWitt, will consider LeWitt’s publication practice in relationship to other aspects of his art-making.

Speakers:

Lindsay Aveilhé is the Editor, Sol LeWitt Wall Drawings Catalogue Raisonné, Artifex Press.

Erica DiBenedetto is a PhD candidate at Princeton University working on her dissertation “Drawing from Architecture: The Conceptual Methods of Sol LeWitt’s Art, 1960–1980”, curator of The ABCDs of Sol LeWitt at the Williams College Museum of Art, and coauthor of Sol LeWitt: The Well-tempered Grid.

Jason Rulnick is a Senior Specialist in Post-War & Contemporary Art at Artnet, and former assistant to Sol LeWitt.

Christopher Vacchio is the Director of Research, Sol LeWitt Wall Drawings Catalogue Raisonné, Artifex Press.
